Foreign Incorporated Companies

Foreign companies that are managed and controlled in Jersey must be made known to the Income Tax Office. The facility to download and upload an Excel spreadsheet to provide information concerning foreign companies is available here

Online ITIS Single Tax Return Form

Online single or multiple employee ITIS returns are possible via this link. Once a return has been made for an employee you can print out a copy for your records.

1. Click on the above link to open the ITIS Single Tax Return Form in a new window.
2. Fill out the form confirming the month & year of the return to be made, employer details and those of the employee for that month. Ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
3. Press 'Submit' and the page will reload confirming your reference number.
4. Click on the print icon to print a copy of the return for your records.
5. Press 'Next Employee' if you wish to make a return for another employee for the same employer reference and month.
6. Press 'Exit' once all returns have been made to close the window.
